Executive coaching is a one-on-one confidential partnership where I help you focus on tackling the challenges you currently face as a leader of your business. I use a personalized approach to provide you with "just-in-time" thought partnership, advisement, and resourcing. We will work together to increase your understanding of your leadership tendencies (good and bad), create awareness of your leadership style, explore your pressing business gaps, challenge your assumptions, process key decisions, and take accelerated action to reach your personal and business goals.
As a trained psychologist and organizational behavior specialist, I use a tailored approach to our work together. My expertise and experience in organizational behavior and neuroscience provide a unique insight and approach. I work with you as a partner at the speed of your business.

THE APPROACH
I use a brain-based, cognitive-behavioral approach that combines proven psychological and performance techniques that are direct and action-oriented. This approach assesses your beliefs, thoughts, and experiences that drive decision-making and behavior. This perspective seeks to optimize your brainpower to maximize energy, confidence, and resilience in the face of stress.
Strengths are leveraged for optimal performance and reputation, while priority weaknesses are addressed and mitigated. All coaching meetings have specific goals and an agenda. Time is maximized and "fluff" isn't tolerated. Priority is given to current thinking, decision-making, and challenges.
THE PROCESS
COACHING SERVICES
Coaching includes a package of services that support the twice-monthly, one-on-one coaching meetings:
ASSESSMENTS: Two leadership assessments are used to gain insights into the leader's strengths, weaknesses, and preferences.
STRATEGY DEEP-DIVE SESSION: An Initial intensive coaching session to review assessments, discuss current challenges, evaluate your business goals and KPIs, and set your coaching goals. (4 hours)
ANYTIME LASER COACHING: Quick response feedback and idea bouncing. (10-15 minutes via phone, email, or text)
COMMUNICATION FEEDBACK: Review and feedback provided for presentations slides and email communication. (as needed)
RESOURCE PROVISION: Resourcing ideas provided for the executive needs or interests. Includes books, articles, online, and video resources.

Jones is a Organizational Psychologist, two-time best-selling author, and executive coach. He has spent more than two decades studying human motivation, performance, and engagement in the workplace. Jason is a recognized expert in the areas of brain-based leadership and development. He is the author of the book 28 Days to a Motivated Team and Activator: Using Brain Science to Boost Motivation, Deepen Engagement, and Supercharge High Performance.
He completed the Executive Coaching Certification program at the College of Executive Coaching and has been awarded the Professional Certified Coach designation by the International Coaching Federation. His coach training program (The Coaching Manager) received the excellence award by the Association of Talent and Development (ATD). Utilizing the latest in neuroscience research and gleaning from more than 150 years of motivation theory, he curates it all into effective coaching tools and techniques that help leaders to become more influential, persuasive, and effective.
Dr. Jones led the development of executive coaching programs at Integris Health and AT&T. He has also helped multiple other companies to implement their own coaching bench for executive development. Dr. Jones has worked with recognized brands including Microsoft, IBM, American Airlines, AT&T, Porsche, Chick-Fil-A, McKesson, and Seagate Technology to name just a few. He has worked with top corporations to build world-class leadership development and executive development initiatives and corporate universities. His last corporate role was leading Executive Development at AT&T where his team was responsible for executive education for more than 6000 leaders around the globe and contributed to being named the #1 Learning Company in America by Chief Learning Officer Magazine.
