Dr. Jason Jones is a speaker, author, and leadership coach. As a workplace psychologist, he has spent more than 20 years studying human motivation, performance, and workplace engagement. Jason is a recognized expert in the area of Motivational Psychology, Organizational Development, and leadership development. He is the author of the book "28 Days to a Motivated Team."
Through his keynote presentations, trainings, and workshops, Jason teaches people how to become more influential, persuasive, and how to activate the natural motivation each person holds. Utilizing the latest scientific research and gleaning from more than 100 years of motivation theory, he curates it all into interesting and practical presentations that are engaging, informative, and entertaining.
Jason has held leadership roles in companies from the non-profit, publishing, healthcare, and technology sectors. He has spent more than fifteen years working with top corporations to build world-class leadership development initiatives and corporate universities. Jason’s most recent role as Director of Executive Development for AT&T focused on the growth and development of more than 7000 executive leaders around the world.

On a personal note, Jason enjoys spending time with his family in his spare time. He is married to his wife Valerie and they have 3 children. They reside in the Dallas, Texas area.
