Why follow-through matters

Most training is forgotten. Yours doesn't have to be.

You're investing real budget to put a speaker in front of your people. The research on what happens next is blunt:

~2/3

of new material is forgotten within days when nothing reinforces it. The classic "forgetting curve" was confirmed again in a 2015 replication study.

Ebbinghaus; replicated by Murre & Dros, PLOS ONE, 2015

the results when training is followed by coaching. Training alone raised manager productivity 22%. Training plus follow-up coaching raised it 88%.

Olivero, Bane & Kopelman, Public Personnel Management, 1997

76%

goal achievement for people who wrote their goals, committed to actions, and sent weekly progress updates, versus 43% for those who only thought about them.

Dr. Gail Matthews, Dominican University of California

ActionKeeper builds that follow-through directly into your event: written commitments, weekly coaching, and measured progress, running automatically for six weeks after Dr. Jones leaves the stage.

What is the ActionKeeper?

ActionKeeper is a six-week coaching and accountability system that Dr. Jason Jones includes with his keynotes, workshops, and training programs. At the event, participants scan a QR code, make a written leadership commitment, and rate themselves on a NeuroAdaptive Leadership® baseline. For the next six weeks, each person gets a short weekly check-in with an AI coaching guide built on Dr. Jones' published methodology. You get a live dashboard showing participation, measured growth, and the themes your people are working through. No software to install, no passwords to manage, and nothing for your team to run.

The participant experience

What your people get, step by step

1

At the event: scan, commit, begin

During the closing moments of the keynote, participants scan a QR code on screen. In about two minutes they name one leadership behavior they'll practice, rate where they are today, and evaluate the session.

A personal welcome email arrives before they leave their seat, with their commitment in writing and a link to their private dashboard.

2

One five-minute check-in each week

Every week, an email invites each participant to a short reflection: what they did, what pressure showed up, and one win. Then the coaching guide responds personally, asks one sharp question, and closes with a single specific action for the coming week.

The coaching isn't generic AI. Every reply draws on Dr. Jones' NeuroAdaptive Leadership® methodology: noticing default patterns under pressure, reframing them, and choosing a better response.

3

Progress they can see

Each participant's dashboard keeps their commitment front and center, tracks their NeuroAdaptive score from baseline to finish, collects a personal library of weekly wins, and pins this week's action.

At the end of week six, they receive a personalized growth report: how far they came and what to keep doing.

The heart of it

Every check-in becomes a real coaching conversation

This is what separates ActionKeeper from a follow-up email series. After each check-in, the coaching guide responds to what that person actually wrote: it reflects back what it heard, names a specific strength, and asks one question worth sitting with. The participant answers, and the session closes with a single concrete action for the week ahead.

Every response is built on Dr. Jones' published NeuroAdaptive Leadership® methodology, so participants keep hearing the same frameworks they learned from the stage: noticing default patterns under pressure, reframing them, and choosing a better response.

The decision-maker's view

Your dashboard: proof, not anecdotes

While your people build habits, you watch the evidence accumulate on a live dashboard made for the person who signed the contract.

Client results dashboard showing registration, check-in rate, NeuroAdaptive growth scores, leadership commitment themes, barriers, and anonymized wins

What you'll see

  • Who registered and how consistently they're checking in
  • Measured NeuroAdaptive growth from baseline to program end
  • The commitments, barriers, and pressure themes across your group
  • A wall of real wins, in your people's own words

What you'll walk away with

  • An executive summary written at program end: engagement, evidence of growth, and recommended next steps
  • A full data export for your own reporting
  • A concrete answer to "was that event worth it?"

Privacy by design: your dashboard shows aggregate, anonymized insights only. Participants reflect honestly because individual answers are never shown to their employer.

Zero lift for your team

  • Dr. Jones' team sets up everything before the event
  • Your only job: leave the QR code on screen for sixty seconds
  • No software to install, no accounts for IT to manage, no passwords for anyone
  • Participants can opt out anytime with one click

Questions leaders ask

How much work is this for our team?

Almost none. Dr. Jones' team creates your program before the event, and the QR code goes on his closing slide. After that, everything runs automatically. Your part is opening your dashboard whenever you want to see progress.

What does it ask of each participant?

About two minutes to register at the event, then one five-minute check-in per week for six weeks. Each check-in ends with one small, specific action for the week ahead. It's designed for busy calendars, not homework.

Can we see individual employees' answers?

No. The dashboard shows aggregate, anonymized data: participation rates, average growth scores, common themes, and wins without names. That privacy is what makes participants honest, and honest reflection is what drives the results you're paying for.

How is this different from a follow-up email series?

Emails talk at people. ActionKeeper works with them: each participant makes a written commitment, reflects weekly, gets a personal coaching response with one question and one action, and watches their own measured progress. And unlike an email series, it hands you data at the end.

Is the coaching just generic AI?

No. The coaching guide is built on Dr. Jones' published NeuroAdaptive Leadership® methodology, including the A.D.A.P.T. model and the 3R method from his books. It responds to what each person actually wrote, in the framework they heard from the stage.

What happens when the six weeks end?

Participants complete a final reflection and receive a personal growth report. You receive an executive summary with participation, measured growth, and recommended next steps, plus a full data export. It's also the natural moment to plan what's next for your team.
