THE PROCESS
1. Assessments & Insights – 360 feedback, cognitive/personality tools, stakeholder interviews, Motives and Values (Month 1)
2. Tailored Development Plan – customized roadmap aligned with your goals and strategy (Month 2)
3. Coaching Meetings & Resorcing – neuroscience-based tools for lasting performance upgrades and twice-monthly coaching meetings (Months 2-9).

COACHING SERVICES
Coaching includes a package of services that support the twice-monthly, one-on-one coaching meetings:
ASSESSMENTS: Two leadership assessments are used to gain insights into the leader's strengths, weaknesses, and preferences.
STRATEGY DEEP-DIVE SESSION: An Initial intensive coaching session to review assessments, discuss current challenges, evaluate your business goals and KPIs, and set your coaching goals. (3.5 hour)
ANYTIME LASER COACHING: Quick response feedback and idea bouncing. (10-15 minutes via phone, email, or text)
COMMUNICATION FEEDBACK: Review and feedback provided for presentations slides and email communication. (as needed)
RESOURCE PROVISION: Resourcing ideas provided for the executive needs or interests. Includes books, articles, online, and video resources.
MEET DR. JASON JONES
Dr. Jones equips leaders to energize, engage, and activate the best in their people. As a former executive leader in companies both large (a Fortune 10 corporation) and small, Jason understands the challenges leaders face every day to work with intention, get the most out of their ability, and achieve at the highest level possible.
Jason is a Organizational Psychologist, two-time best-selling author, and executive coach. He has spent more than two decades studying human motivation, performance, and engagement in the workplace. Jason is a recognized expert in the areas of brain-based leadership and development. He is the author of the book 28 Days to a Motivated Team and Activator: Using Brain Science to Boost Motivation, Deepen Engagement, and Supercharge High Performance.
In addition to his doctoral degree in Psychology, Jason has completed the Executive Coaching Certification program at the College of Executive Coaching and has been awarded the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation by the International Coaching Federation. His coach training program (The Coaching Manager) received the excellence award by the Association of Talent and Development (ATD). Utilizing the latest in neuroscience research and gleaning from more than 150 years of motivation theory, he curates it all into effective coaching tools and techniques that help leaders to become more influential, persuasive, and effective.
Dr. Jones led the development of executive coaching programs at Integris Health and AT&T. He has also helped multiple other companies to implement their own coaching bench for executive development. Dr. Jones has worked with recognized brands including Microsoft, IBM, American Airlines, AT&T, Porsche, Chick-Fil-A, McKesson, and Seagate Technology to name just a few. He has worked with top corporations to build world-class leadership development and executive development initiatives and corporate universities. His last corporate role was leading Executive Development at AT&T where his team was responsible for executive education for more than 6000 leaders around the globe and contributed to being named the #1 Learning Company in America by Chief Learning Officer Magazine.
